From time to time you may have experienced uncertainty in your life and not known what next steps to take. Well, you may be surprised to know that many of us have been on a similar journey at some time in our lives. I have worked with many people to help them move from uncertainty to having a clear vision of what is absolutely right for them and to help them create a plan to bring it about. With my experience I can help you.
For many years I worked in London in corporate and small businesses facilitating and coaching individuals. I have an Advanced Diploma in Coaching - achieved through the largest coaching school in Europe - the Coaching Academy - and am a trained NLP Practitioner.

Hi, I'm Jo. I met Michaela in the summer of 2009 and we quickly discovered we share a passion for assisting people to live the life they want - which is how 'My Best Year Ever' was conceived.
I worked for many years in marketing in the "corporate" world. When I went through my own personal crossroads - which way to turn? What to do? What changes to make? - I discovered the power of taking responsibility for your own life and aiming for what you want. Now, working as a life coach, I have the priviledge of assisting others to achieve the life they want.
I am a Practionner of Life Coaching, I hold the L.C.H. Diploma, accredited by the European Coaching Institute. I trained with Achievement Specialists, under one of the UK's leading coaches.
